Why wont Paypal allow me to send payment to my alert pay account? I am not below my limit for sending money. I tryed and it always says this afterward.
"Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again."
But all fields are filled in.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
