What does "Waiting for approval" mean?

What does "Waiting for approval" mean? I got money transfered to my account and I bought something off ebay, and immediately paid for it, but when I went to log in to confirm it said I didn't have the funds to pay for the item I bought. So I went to Paypal and my status on my money says "waiting for approval"

What does that mean? When will it confirm or be approved?

I have the same problem. In the help section, it says to manually do it but the help section doesn't say how.

It says to me that the transaction to fund your Paypal account hasn't cleared yet.

Wait a couple of days and have another look.
