Brother QL-500 Printer Issue?

So I just got this printer, and this is the first time I've tried to use it....

Every time I try to print a label with paypal, the light starts blinking/flashing, and won't stop till I turn it off and back on again... The shipping label won't print!!

Not sure if its an issue with this, but this is what my paypal print shipping thing looks like.... I noticed that the whole label isn't showing.... Is that the issue? Cause I tried clicking on it and moving the label... But it won't move! UGH!!! HELP!!

Okay, just wanted anybody reading this to know that I solved this issue!!!

I fixed it by going into my control pannel and then go to "printers" then I double clicked the QL-500 printer and then clicked "adjust print options"  clicked on the "page settings" tab and then changed the width to "2/3" x 3-7/16"" and it works fine now!!!!

Also, the picture I linked to, it doesn't show up like that anymore... the whole print label shows up in the box now... SO happy I fixed this! Saves me a ton of money on INK and the labels print WAY faster than my printer!

Just wish it said in the manual somewhere about changing the settings, cause this is NOWHERE in the manual!
