Im just starting a new internet business and when i go onto merchant services to "edit" my shipping preferences and rates after i hit "save changes" i get a message reading "you have entered one or more ranges incorrectly. Each ranges upper limit should be greater than its lower limit" Im assuming they are talking about the shipping rates?
For an example I have 0.01-25.00-$5.95,25.01-50.00-$7.95 and so on. What am i doing wrong? I called paypal twice first rep told me because i had google chrome & it wasnt compatiable , so i went onto another comp. and it still didnt work. Second rep. said to empty my cookies & cache which i did but that didnt work. Im hoping someone can help me please. I cant start business untill I create this. Thank you!
