Thanks for your reply, I did fix my problem myself with the help of someone else's answer. ERROR in the payer address. In my case it was in the zip code. They had put their 4 diget sub zip code and Paypal didn't like it. I went in and updated their address by deleting that part of the zip and the label printed. I saw somone else that was having a problem said to call paypal which I would advise in your case. I havn't tried to print another label so I hope I don't still have an issue. Another suggestion might be to delete the paypal connection to printing labels and re install the program in case there is a virus or something of that nature. Another thought might be if you have windows 7 I know that a lot of older programs are not compatable to windows 7.
