My Shipping Labels are Printing too BIG

My labels use to print out just fine (the right size & only took half the page)... now SOMETHING has changed. The label image is now OVERSIZED and only HALF the label image is shown and printed. Also the lable image is turned sideways, so this "half-image"  takes up more than half of a regular 8x11 page.

I am using HP Inkjet F2110. I use 2 per sheet self-adhesive labels. I have played with ALL the printer settings... to no avail, the label always appears in error. I usually use firefox browser, but also tried to print from IE browser~ no change!

Other, misc. print jobs are correct and as they should be.

Does anyone know the answer to this mystery? Is this a pitney Bowes or paypal issue?

Since December 1st, my shipping labels are BIG....the top portion (above USPS Parcel Post)  and the Online Label Record can't fit on the paper.  They won't be accepted by the USPS. 

I have the same computer, nothing has changed. 

If I print the Sample label, it is the same....and I am charged.  I have so many postage refunds coming back from the USPS that I'll probably be banned from using the site.

What is wrong?
