USPS labels . Barcode?

 Ok. My postmaster thinks there should be a barcode in the address box of labels I print thru paypal. But I am just getting "0000" or "0004" . Or is he wrong .... and the barcode for the delivery confirmation is all I need. I have printed many labels before and never paid attention to this so i don't know if this is the way it has always been. My printer is working fine as everything else on the label is perfect and i have tried reprinting labels with same result. Paypal customer NO SERVICE just does not know...So here I am . Thanks in advance.

Hi, the bottom looks Ok to me after shipping hundreds. BUT at the top of the label-if it doesnt say US Postage Paid next line: Pitney Bowes, they will send it back to you! It jusy happend to me. Their claim is: No Postage!! What about the label? You can't get a label if you haven't paid and if they want to know how much, then they can scan BUT they won't! They look! Seems to me to be defeating the purpose of elctronic mail labels!! Insanity in USPS has now gone to the point I won't use them! Also the price at my PO is the same as on Payapl even though I'm suppose to get a discount!!

Your labels are printing too big as wre mine but the PO won't help!!

I hope it does not get lost... I have a problem with one shipment already that may be becasue of this. But I have other shipments afterward that have arrived , so maybe it won't be a problem.

How did you correct the printing being too big? Not that I will likely use printing online anymore after this. Paypal was of zero help also.
