USPS using my Zebra printer, but UPS using inkjet printer

I am not sure what happened but I can no longer use my Zebra printer to print 4 x 6 inch labels for UPS.  It works for USPS.

In shipping preferences I have the option to change printers for USPS but not UPS. 

How to I set UPS to use the Zebra printer?

Unfortunately, thermal label printers are not supported for UPS at this time

This is terrible, selling UPS shipping but not supporting the commonly used Zebra label printer. I think Paypal is the best payment method for selling through Ebay but they have not taken care of issues that enhance ease of use and consumer satisfaction. I have a laundry list of problematic issues that haven't been resolved in the 6+ years I have been using Paypal. I have sent emails and made phone calls but to no avail.
