Unable to Ship using Paypal - What's up with that?

The last 3 times (last week and again today) I have logged into Paypal to ship my ebay listings - I have encountered the same message that tells me that Paypal shipping is unavailable.  I figured that it's due to high volume usage and that it would be corrected...but no, it only seems to have gotten worse not better.  Can someone please tell me what Paypal is doing to correct this problem?

ME TOO! Same thing happening here! Ready to go to USPS website and print Click and Ship from there!

Is this a problem that's going to be addressed, already being addressed, and is PP aware of the problem??

Ugh.  I have many labels I HAVE to print today and multi-order shipping tool seems to be glitchy.  When the window pops up for me to print, the pic of the label is not loading in the bottom half of the window.  Can anyone help??  Should I call?

I have had the same problem when printing shipping labels. I get the error PayPal shipping is unavailable. I understand technical difficulties as I work in the technology field and have since found other options to ship products. Endicia, USPS.com, UPS.com, fedex.com, and so on. Why do you have to be so dependent on one service and then get irate when something goes wrong, especially when they provide it to you for FREE? You people are crazy...

It's not a matter of being dependent on one system......

It's a requirement of ebay and PayPal that you must use their shipping options to be covered under their so-called seller "protection" plan.

Also, we PAY for the service with ebay and PayPal fees....it is not free as you claim.

And we must use ebay and PayPal shipping to get any discounts associated with these shipping services.

Now that I've spelled that out for you in plain English, let's get back to the real issue........

PAYPAL ACKNOWLEDGES WIDESPREAD INTERFACE ISSUES BETWEEN PAYPAL AND SOME SHIPPERS, SUCH AS UPS.  HOWEVER,  PAYPAL DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM!

Returning an item for exchange and trying to print a non ebay shipping label..how do I do that? I am a seller also and first I tried what Paypal said would work(go to item details, scroll down to bottom of page to reprint shipping label to seller)but there isn't a button at the bottom. I sent something a week ago and it worked! WE NOW CAN'T SEND ANY NON EBAY ITEMS USING OUR PAYPAL MONEY???????? PLEASE HELP!!
