unable to get the shipping money back on ups un shipped label>no "Void Label " links

I need a refund on an un-used ups shipping label.  I follow the directions, and there is NO VOID LABEL LINK.  This was a $47.00 label.  Customer decided not to take item. I didn't send.  Now, I am unable to get the shipping money back. Pay pal sends me in circles. Any help?

richgordo24-  Here's the nice thing about UPS shipping labels.  If it's been more than 24 hours, you won't have the option to void. But if you don't use the label, it should be automatically refunded to you within 5 days or so.  And if that doesn't happen, give us a call and we'll tell you how to get it fixed.

- Created label for USPS .. all good

- Printer did not have sufficient ink .. no go for label 1 .. void

- Again .. void for label 2 .. printer hates me

- Label 3 printed .. all ok .. smiling, I'm so smart

- PayPal debits acct for all 3 labels ... really?

- I'm not so smart .. keep the $$$ for 21 days .. really?

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THEY SHOULD MAKE SURE YOUR LABEL PRINTS CORRECTLY BEFORE THEY CHARGE JUST THE SAME AS THEY DO FROM THE ORIGINAL USPS SITE!!!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHH

I've never in 6 years had paypal refund on unused labels....If that is your policy who do I contact about getting my refunded...sure would be nice

On another matter -- beware using paypal for express mail shipments.

Paypal doesn't print out the half page that the Postal Service requires in order to issue a refund, and paypal support has no answers....

Say it ain't so! No refund on misprinted or unused labels from PayPal ... ever? My 21 days are not up yet for that mythical refund (a $10.18 label printed 3 times .. charged 3 times ... got my ire 3 times, now my swear words 3 times).

If anyone has some words of wisdom on this matter .... ???

Good, i knew i couldn't be the only one. i am reporting them to the better business bureau, today they said they were freezing my acct. and can't withdrawl or use funds only to make sure that i pay ebay seller charges (98 cents) not even due yet.  They overlooked the fact that i paid $80 of my own money to ship to the buyers and i can't touch my money i made from selling on EBAY??????????? seriously, wtf is this?  paypal and ebay are corrupt, please report them guys.

Here's an Update .. a really good one!

I put thru the void labels as requested by eBay. After reading the posts here, I did not hold out much hope that my monies would be returned. To recap .. I tried to print out a label for a customer. The third try was a charm but I was charged for the previous labels that did not print properly. If you go to eBay and void the transaction within 24 hours of the error, you will get a refund. PayPal states that a refund could take up to 21 days, but my refunds took about 2 weeks. And, I had to do nothing extra to receive my refunds. Easy. Done. 

My suggestion for all those who are trying to figure out refunds for unused labels (and charged), follow the instructions. Call PayPal if you must, they'll be happy to walk you thru the procedures. Stay calm, it will be resolved. Mine was!

you no, of course that **bleep**...paypal plays alot of games when it comes to money. Their excuse for these circles are "security purposes". I tried to print a shipping label from usps 3 times, 3 times i was charged, 3 times it didnt print. the pop up window said "error " and that was that, and NO i had no pop up blocker on so that wasnt the issue. no i have to wait 21 days for a refund of shipping money, well ok , how am i suppose to ship the products now??? 

I swear paypal really **bleep** , it is supposed to be an express checkout, but id rather just type in my info. when i checkout to avoid all this or just use google checkout!!! NOT A FAN OF PAYPAL, thanks alot ebay.
