How can I upgrade to a Premium account?

Hello there,

I don't think PayPal still offers a Premium account since 2012. Premium account works just like a personal account. It's designed for people who wants to sell items on eBay once a while. But, if you don't have kind of this plan... Personal account is would be just perfectly fine.

If you have a personal account then you already have a premier account as they have merged.

There are 2 paypal accounts now.

1. Personal / premier which you can use for selling as an individual.

2. Business account.
