Firstly be careful as most of these games promising big rewards are misleading.

Hundreds of posts on this forum all saying money is pending from one game or another but I have never seen anyone actually get paid any large amounts of money.
Those large amounts of cash folks are trying to withdraw are a lot more than any game could earn with their advertisement sponsorships.

They just want you to think you will get cash to make you play or watch their ads or videos.
Research first as its very unlikely you are going to get a lot of money from playing a game !

They just add a Paypal logo to their site to fool you into thinking that they will pay out.

Secondly even if they did pay out money you would not be able to receive it via paypal because the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Tanzania.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

I didn't know that PayPal is not available in my country. It means even if I link my local bank account to PayPal I would not be able to access any payment from another country via PayPal by using my bank account direct.? And what can I do to receive such amount if it's happen to get some from either Europe or America

Paypal is available in your country but only for purchases as you can't receive paypal payments.

You can only fund your purchases by a visa credit card, you can't link a bank account unfortunately.

You can't receive any payments from anywhere into a Tanzanian paypal account.
