Sad customer with thousands of transactions getting ripped off by a seller with a bogus return policy and PayPal fails to protect me. Sickening. But that's ok there are many other money changers to work with for my business. I see bankruptcy in their future

Paypal is the middleman as both buyers and sellers are their customers.
They can't give 100% protection to both parties, so they give 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection.
Then we read up on it and risk assess our own transactions.
Even credit cards have terms and conditions on getting refunds.
If not happy with that then yes lots of other payment processors out there, just google and choose !
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
