Paypal is becoming outdated in Argentina.

Finances in Argentina are changing very quickly, but nevertheless I feel that Paypal Argentian is left behind. Last month all fintech and free banking apps in Argentina added the option to operate with US dollars (UALA BANK, BRUBANK, MERCADO PAGO AND PREX). Argentina is in the process of closing its central bank and starting a currency competition (misnamed "dollarization" by the media) and I feel that Paypal is not taking advantage of this.

1) Paypal has an advantage that they are not currently exploiting, and that is that they handle many types of currencies, not just the US dollar. Possibly next year the current president will announce the "currency competition" and probably so many people will begin to demand other types of currencies for his/her savings (such as Swiss marks) and no company here has a solution for this.  Here in Argentina, if you want Swiss marks for example, you have to wait 2 hours in line at an exchange bank, and here there is only one of those banks ("Banco Piano").

2) Something that would also help a lot is to have the option to transfer US dollars from Paypal to any of these fintechs (UALA, BRUBANK, ETC) using the dollar quote on the stock market ("MEP DOLLAR", which is used by the companies mentioned above.). Yoy could charge for a service through Paypal and then transfer it to a local bank.

3) Also, in some countries you launched a prepaid card, with which one can use the Paypal balance, today here in Argentina there is no such thing. It would be an interesting option, even more so that there are supermarkets that have already begun to accept payments in US dollars.

I hope this information is useful. thank you so much.
