I am creating an account for an affiliate site to use for my business where influencers can share my brand through their link and get a cut of the sales. This site will pay all of the influencers via PayPal. When next year's tax season comes will PayPal send the influencers who made over $600 1099s or is that something I will need to be responsible for? Thanks!!
