53$ Stuck, order canceled no refund.

Hello, so here is the full situation I Ordered a 50$ amazon card on G2A The order for some reason did not go thru, got canceled on g2a

After that i have not received a refund on my 50$ for over 8+ days, i paid with my paypal meaning the refund should of been instant On paypal it says the payment Is "Pending"

I Contacted G2A Support multiple times, they have said that the refund has been sent they also once told me to contact their payment gateway suport, they told me the same.

I Don't really know what to do,Will the money even be refunded? Or when?

Maybe in Georgia it is different but usually the pending authorization expires by itself in 30 days and drop off. If it is still pending beyond 30 days, contact customer service (not the community forums) and ask them to void the pending authorization:
