A refund from Payoneer isn't showing up on my account for past 20 days.

Hello,

I made a payment to Payoneer global payment services from my Paypal account about 20 days ago. The transaction was not processed by payoneer and they sent it back into my account. But the fund isn't showing up in my paypal account. It's been a while now! I contacted payoneer regarding this and they sent me a proof of refund containing the SEPA transfer details.

I'm not sure what to do and who to reach. Could anyone help me out please? I'm a student and the fund may be small but still it is a pretty huge deal for me. Thanks in advance!

Payoneer are criminals, the payment will never show up on your account and PayPal support will never assist you. 

I had this issue previously. No solution.

Update: Paypal Customer support helped me with this issue. It took them about 2 months to finally trace the payment and credit it back into my account but it worked and I got my fund back.
