Adding money to my Paypal account

Hello, for many months now I have been having trouble adding funds to my Paypal account. After having my account locked several times while trying to add funds, I was told that I cannot add $200 or more in a transfer or my account will lock. Because of this, if I want to add more than $200 then I need to do several transactions. Now that Paypal offers a Savings account it seems to me that they would expect funds to be added on a regular basis to this account. However when I need to add funds I still cannot add $200 or more and when I attempt to do multiply transfers then I almost always get locked out of that feature half way through.

I am hoping that this message gets to someone who can fix it. The option is there on the account to add funds but it almost never works. When my transfer option gets locked, I always have to make a 20 minute call, just to transfer funds. Is that another way for me to do this or can this be fixed.

Please know every transaction/activity via PayPal will be monitored and there may be an error if there is any risk found. If you run into our security system. This would temporarily prevent you from taking any further actions on your account. In such cases, I suggest you try again at a later time. Kindly be advised, if you try to attempt simultaneously then the security algorithm may reset itself and the same situation may occur again. This will result in further delays. Therefore, I would request you to clear cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device and try to add funds. I know that you have called us but if the issue persists, the only way is to contact our customer support team through the available contact options so that advisors can help you accordingly. Alternatively, Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.

Here's how to add money to your PayPal account:
Go to your Wallet.
Click Transfer Money.
Select your preferred way of adding money. Enter the amount.
Choose either 'In seconds with debit' or 'up to 5 days with your bank'.
