Yesterday, I was trying to send 245$ using my credit card and PayPal was showing me that transaction can't be done, however, the amount was deducted from my credit card and the payment was not reflected on my PayPal account, even the receiver didn't receive it.
Could you please guide me on how to get back my money or how to make the receiver receives them?
Check your credit card account activity. Do you see the $245 transaction listed as “Pending”? If yes, that means there’s an authorization hold on the money and the authorization will eventually expire and drop off since the transaction cannot be done. If it is still Pending beyond 30 days, call your card issuer to void the authorization.
Thanks sharpiemarker for your prompt response, the issue is that I called the bank and they told me that the transaction is already succeeded, however I can't see any transaction on my PayPal account
