Can I receive money in Bosnia and Herzegovina if I use MasterCard but have expired visa linked?

Can I receive and withdraw money in Bosnia and Herzegovina if I use MasterCard but have an expired debit visa still linked to my account? 

I am aware of this: 

1. In order to receive payments into your PayPal account, you must link your US bank account or Visa credit card to your PayPal account and complete PayPal’s credit card and/or bank account verification process. https://www.paypal.com/al/webapps/mpp/ua/recpymt-full?locale.x=en_AL 

But since MasterCard is currently active, but I still have a debit visa card linked (which expired), can I normally receive and withdraw money with MasterCard?

Thank you for your post!

I do understand your concern with this. If your PayPal account is registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, you will need to add an active Visa card/US bank account.

Due to regulations, to receive a payment you need to add an active Visa card or US bank account. PayPal accounts registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot hold a PayPal balance. Therefore, you must have a valid Visa card/US bank account to withdraw any funds you receive. There are no exceptions to this I'm afraid.

MasterCard's are currently not eligible to receive PayPal withdrawals. If any of these features become available in the future, our customers will be notified.
