No. Not directly. Trust Wallet, the crypto Wallet, right?
First you’ll have to withdraw money from PayPal to bank account or to MPesa and use that money to buy crypto at an exchange and transfer it to Trust Wallet app OR use the funds to buy crypto with say a debit card associated with your bank account or Google Pay right in Trust Wallet app itself. Trust Wallet app does not hold fiat currency. You’ll have to buy crypto with a card in order to hold the ‘money’ in the form of crypto in the Trust Wallet from what I can see.
For PayPal Kenya, you can withdraw to Equity Bank or MPesa (which is currently under site maintenance and temporarily unavailable).
