Can seller see if buyer's payment that's on pending?

I'm a seller who's receiving money. And the buyer said she has sent the money to me 2 weeks ago but it's still pending for some reasons. But even though her money is on pending, shouldn't I receive the pending notice? I didn't receive anything. Do you think she actually sent the money ? Thank you!

2 weeks? I don’t think she paid frankly because like you said, you would have a pending record of payment as well and email notification of a payment too and screenshots could be faked, if they sent any. You may call customer service to check if there is a payment possibly stuck that’s incoming.
