Can't Authenticate for Transaction? Coast Capital Savings Bank Account

Hello everyone!
I hope someone can help since PayPal has refused to come up with a solution for me.
I cannot make a purchase using my linked Coast Capital Savings bank account. Every time I try to make a transaction with it it tells me i need to authenticate my account using their partner Yodlee and must enter my bank login to authenticate. When entering this information it says it is incorrect.. and its not. Its the same info I use to log into my bank (username and pass). Alternatively I can put my last 8 digits of card and my PAC which doesn't work either someone please help as I can't make any online purchases without this working.
