Can't accept invoice payment??

After a customer paid their invoice, I tried to accept the money but on the accept or decline screen when I chose accept it took me to a page asking me to verify my account, and when I clicked 'get verified' it sent me to a dead page. My account is already verified and I've been selling through paypal for a while now so I'm very confused.
