Can't pay on gumroad using PayPal balance, it shows my bank account only.

and when I use PayPal, it doesn't show my balance, which is more than this product costs, it shows a single method to pay which is my bank's card.

is there a fix to that?

Yup, it's affecting me, another reason to take the first flight out of here ..
