Can't send money to anyone with any of my payment methods

Everytime i try to send money it keeps saying "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." I tried sending to different people and with different payment methods and nothing is working

Just Make sure you completed the KYC because most of the time this is the reason that we cant send or receive money
