Can the sender take the money back while it's on hold?

Hey, this is my first time getting that amount of money from any of my customers. The money now is on hold, and will be delivered after about a week. My question is : Can the sender just refund/take back the money before these 7 days?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

I do understand your concern with this. When you are new to receiving payments with PayPal, they may place the payment on hold. The money still belongs to you. It’s just temporarily not available to use, until your buyer has received the item they ordered in the condition promised.

Typically funds are released after 21 days, or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. For more information, please click here.
