Cancel transfer to CashApp linked card?

Transferred to a Cash App account I no longer have access to.  It was in my list of accounts in my PayPal and I hit it by mistake (only 1 number off from my bank account that I have transferred to and from numerous times) and it processed.

I did the "in minutes transfer" so its definitely been debited from PP and send to Cash App but their support is non existent.  Can PP cancel the transfer and capture the funds back?

Sorry to hear of the trouble with this transfer. If the money doesn't reflect on the account is was transferred to or hasn't been returned to your PayPal balance within 14 business days from the date the transfer was sent, you can request we complete a trace to help locate the money.
