How do I cash a check I can’t find the option to do so in I. My wallet like it says to do

I'm having the same issue. Yes, I'm using the app and a personal account which if i'm not mistaken is the same as a balance account. If it's not, how can I get a balance account? If I can use my personal account, what's the problem?
