Change amount of recurring payment

Hi - I simply want to change the monthly preapproved AMOUNT that I pay to a charity. Any help will be appreciated. I'm exhausted from trying to figure it out!

Unfortunately, Venmo is owned by PayPal (and you can’t do a recurring donation on Venmo).

2020 and still no help? I want to increase the amount of a donation. Do I really need to cancel it and start over at a higher amount? PAYPAL PLEASE RESPOND.

Ok, so it looks like the accepted answer to "how to change the amount of an annual payment" is cancel it on PayPal and set the payments up somewhere else. Unexpected, but now I know what do do. ☹️
