Hello everyone,
I purchased an XBOX gift card from the Microsoft store and paid using PayPal. While the Microsoft account only shows one transaction, I was charged for two transactions.
The second transaction shows on PayPal as pending, with a note (below) saying it's for verification. Has anybody faced that issue before? Or would know how much time it would take if the amount is to be returned?
"This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Microsoft Payments completes your order."
Order was completed days ago and all.

The pending authorization will expire and drop off eventually if it does not complete. If it completes report the duplicate transaction.
Click the duplicate transaction, click “Report a problem”, click “I have a billing issue”, then click “Duplicate transaction” option, then follow the on-screen prompt.
