Declined payments due to VPN

Hi, my I can't receive money from PayPal for more than 3 days, I called the customer support and they told me I used vpn and I must wait for 72 hours, they passed and the problem still exists

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome as a new member!

 

As the use of a VPN on PayPal is against the User Agreement, it may effect the day to day running of your PayPal account. Please clear your cache and cookies, and ensure your VPN is switched off before accessing the PayPal account.

It would be nice if this was known to people trying to protect their own security. I was banned before I even got started because I was using a vpn and did not know any better.

Now I have applied for jobs that I cannot get paid from because I am banned from PayPal. This is ridiculous! I have been in network security for 20 years and everyone knows when security gets too tight and things are no longer usable, the company's future will not be bright.
