Does Singapore have F&F ?

Does Singapore have Friends & Family services? I can’t seem to find it, I only see Goods & Services. Please reply if you know as I really need to send some money to someone using F&F, but I don’t see it…

Xoom is a PayPal company/service. The Xoom website is not a fake website, if that’s what you mean. Unfortunately, Xoom is not available for Singapore senders.

If you click on the link and scroll down the country list then Singapore does come up as available??

Or is that just to receive and not send funds @sharpiemarker
