Every transaction I try I get an error message.

My customers are upset.

Can't process any transactions.

ERROR: Transaction refused due to risk model. Please try a different card.

 

PLEASE HELP.

Hello @halakhamis, I would suggest you not to attempt multiple times, for more information on payment declined you can refer the link shared.

I am the merchant though and the client changed cards twice and still the same issue it happens almost everytime.

@halakhamis, Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry your clients are running into speed bumps when trying to send you payments. Have you tried sending them an invoice? If not, here's how: How do I create and send an invoice?

 

Your clients may also want to try the steps in the Help Center article listed above if they haven't already.

@halakhamis did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm starting to see this error code on some of my users....
