Eneba purchase i didn't made

Hello,  4 days ago, i received an email from paypal that i had made a purchase from ENEBA. I immediately changed my paypal password and i asked from paypal to return my money. Paypal said that everything is ok and closed the case.

 I also tried to communicate with ENEBA , i sent 4 emails and i explained that something went wrong , but i didn't receive any answer from ENEBA.

Could you please help me?

Ps: I would like to tell you that supposing that i made the purchase , i didn't receive any serial number from ENEBA for the game i supposed to purchase for.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I have tried to logged in but i couldn.t. It seems that my account has been deleted.
