Facebook payout to PayPal not showing i tried to call both of them and i dont know what to do

facebook payout to paypal not showing i emailed facebook custmer service they said they sent the money and they dont have a problem in their side so i called paypal custmer service they said there is no transaction coming and they need transaction id to track the money i said that to facebook custmer service and they are not telling me what is the transaction id what can i do ?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

I do understand your frustration with this. When a payment is sent or a refund is issued by a merchant, you would receive an email notification from PayPal with the details. 

If you have not received any email notifications from PayPal, and Facebook are unable to provide you with a PayPal transaction ID, this would mean they have not yet sent the payment/issued a refund. 

All I can advise you is to contact Facebook again to enquire about the funds.
