A sibling of mine needs to send me money, from USA to UK.

Is the Friends and Family option still available, and where do I find how much it will cost? Thank you.

Yes, plus friends/family is free as long as not funded via a card, use balance or bank account.

You may however pay currency conversion or cross border fees, fees are in the user agreement for your countries.
