My account on Paypal is not yet verified because I don't have a SSN number. I transfered the payment from GOAT app to paypal but the payment didn't reflect on my account on paypal. I already contacted them about this matter and they said the payment will return to the GOAT app on March 23. I checked my account still has no balance posted. How can I resolve this?
