Got a mail for received payment but PayPal balance is zero and no transaction history showing.

I have received the mail from PayPal regarding a payment received by me. It tells me to visit Resolution Centre to provide some information regarding my account and transaction, so that PayPal could deposit the fund into my account. But there is no opened or closed cases shown in the Resolution Centre. Furthermore, my PayPal balance is also $0 and there is no transaction history showing there. I have got a mail from the the depositor that they have sent me the money. Please help!
