Having the error while making purchase in Epic games store

I am having this issue/error while making a purchase in the Epicgames store. The error is: "We were unable to charge your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal customer service. Error details: {0}:". Please tell me how to fix this issue. I have linked my debit card with it and it Successfully linked, it suppose to be working fine but it's just not working, also the service for Indian users is not good, please help me!

What currency are you trying to pay in only paypal does not support the rupee and epic games does not support it either as far as I can see.

• I am from India so rupee but why can't paypal just deduct the amount as per the inr to dollar ratio and make the purchase successful?
