Help me with refunding from eneba.

Hello! Like a month ago I made a payment by Paypal with my debit card on eneba for exactly 57,39 BGN and the payment got voided and my money isn't refunded. It says it may take a few days but it takes months.

In regards to the error message for the payment in question being voided did this get informed to you by the merchant or by PayPal themselves, as most cases where this happens you would contact the bank in order for them to remove this transaction as the merchant wouldn't have claimed the money so it would be free reserved funds taken in your bank account.

If this was PayPal balance I would contact PayPal directly in order to get this resolved or if the transaction is showing on the PayPal account make sure to visit the Resolution Centre and file a dispute for this transaction.
