Holding money when receiving money for old "buyer" Paypal memebers.

Hello,

I've been a Paypal memeber for more than 10 years now, but was only a buyer, not a seller, therefore I haven't sent a money request nor received money except refunds. If I send a Money Request, will my money be on hold? when there be a fee when receiving it?

Yes you pay a fee for receiving payments for goods/services, that is how paypal fund the service and pay their staff wages.

Fees are in the user agreement for your country.

As for the hold check out the link, its the U.S one but the same in all countries mostly.
