When ever I want to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account, it gives you the option of doing an instant transfer (which is a fee) or a standard transfer (1-3 days) which says it is free. When I go to link my bank account for the standard option, all my bank information is right, but it always tells me something is wrong at the moment and PayPal cannot do it right now. I know for a fact all my banking information is correct. Any suggestions?
