How can I get Ingo/PayPal to explain/fix a denial of my recurring payroll check cashing?

Thank you to ANYONE that can help. I've learned that this happens alot, but if the problem is NOT on MY end, they should've fixed the issues a long time ago. Or at least explain what happened, etc! I'm so frustrated!!! Out of the blue, my mobile check was denied being cashed & I've tried ALL help centers, customer service, & chat options I could find, but no answers! I've used PayPal mobile check cashing for the same payroll checks for 2 years & last Friday it was denied. I have no vehicle or bank, so it's hard to physically go cash a check. I needed this PayPal service, but now Ingo has lost ANOTHER customer & it's a bigger issue than people realize. The BBB has dozens & dozens of complaints about the EXACT same issue. I could go on & on, but I really just want to know why & will I be able to cash my next payroll check thru PayPal/Ingo? I APPRECIATE any input!
