How can I transfer a PayPal balance in MXN to a Mexican bank account?

Hi. I have a balance of MXN in my PayPal account and I would like to transfer this amount to a bank account in Mexico (both Paypal and the bank account are in my name). With "send to bank" I can only send to my German banks. With Xoom I do not have the option to send MXN. How can I make this transaction?

You need to open a MX PayPal account with a different email address using MX based address, phone number, etc with documents to verify identity when required and link your MX bank to it. Then send the MXN from your DE PayPal account to the MX PayPal account and then transfer to bank….otherwise you have to convert MXN to EUR or PayPal does it for you when you transfer to your local bank in your DE PayPal.

There is standard transfer for free or instant transfer for MXN 40.00 (if a currency conversion is not required) with MX PayPal accounts.
