How can i turn back on the automatic payment?

Hey i just turned the Automatic Payment for Steam from active to inactive and just wanted to know how i can turn it back to active because now i cant buy anything on steam with paypal and that is such a big problem. I hope you can help me

Welcome! Thanks for visiting our Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues making a purchase on Steam. Unfortunately, there's not a way to switch it back to "Active" through your PayPal.com settings. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history then trying to make another purchase with Steam? Normally, clearing your history and then making a new purchase with that merchant should setup a new billing agreement.
