How do I attach shipping/tracking info to a transaction?

How do I attach shipping/tracking to one of my transactions as a seller? All the help and FAQ's indicate links that don't exist and it is quite frustrating.

Typically, you just click the transaction in the activity page and click the “Add tracking info” button.
