How do I delete my Skype billing agreement with Paypal?

Paypal Account says its already inactive. Skype wont delete the Paypal method of payment as it says I have to cancel my billing agreement with Paypal.

How do I cancel a subscription, recurring payment or automatic billing agreement?

How do I cancel an automatic payment I have with a merchant?

It can’t be deleted, only made inactive.

Maybe change the payment method to something else in Skype or cancel the subscription from Skype and purchase a new one with different payment method.
