I sold an item on depop and the buyer wants a refund. I have not shipped the item, the item was purchased through depop, but the money is on hold in my PayPal. What am I supposed to do??
As you don't get back the fee you were charged as part of any refund that you make then even if the funds were not on hold there may not be enough for a full refund.
If that's the case then you can issue a refund but it will be taken from your bank account and then you will get repaid when your funds are released.
