I erroneously sent a payment to the wrong person. How do I get a refund or reverse the transaction?

Depends how you sent it / depends how you funded it / depends on what it says next to the transaction???

It was a charge for a credit report site and I did not make this purchase I wouldn’t pay for a credit monitoring site when I can check it for free

It was taken from my old PayPal card that I had to cancel cause of this transaction so I’m assuming it’s an automatic payment
